Our development team is comprised of experienced specialists who are able to implement comprehensive projects, from the preparation of the project documentation according to the customer‘s specifications, to the prototype testing phase and launch of volume production. Our designers’ principal tool is Autodesk software that enables to present design of future product to potential customers, cooperation with vehicle designers, preparation of models, strength analysis and completing final documentation.

Prototype testing is performed using testing stands in accordance with the testing methodology or technical conditions to demonstrate the functionality of the product and compliance with the contractual requirements of the development project. If the customer so requires, it is also possible to provide test certificates issued by an accredited testing laboratory.

Development of new components is documented in compliance with EN ISO 9001 standards in all its stages from the design of a new product to its manufacture and testing. Part of a new product is a set of accompanying documents – technical specifications and conditions, testing methodologies, operations documentation, etc.
